Welcome to The ART Reset—a deeply personal, 2.5-hour sanctuary session held inside the beautiful, in London. This is a judgment-free, high-safety pilot class limited to just 3 attendees, ensuring an intimate, warm, and deeply private experience.

🕒 What to Expect: The 3-Step Journey

We have meticulously structured these 2.5 hours to take you from a state of mental overdrive to a place of deep, grounded peace.

• Step 1: The 30-Minute Release (ThetaHealing Meditation) We begin by silencing the noise. Through a guided ThetaHealing meditation, we will target and dissolve stress, quiet your inner critic, and gently melt away the fear of making mistakes or being judged. You will enter the creative space feeling light and open.
• Step 2: Intuitive Painting (1.5 Hours) Next, we pick up the brushes. There are no rules, no grades, and absolutely no artistic experience required. This is about raw expression, not perfection. You will learn to bypass your analytical mind and paint straight from your soul, rediscovering the pure joy of play.
• Step 3: Reflection & Connection (30 Minutes) We wrap up our evening with a gentle, cosy circle. This is a safe space to ground yourself, reflect on what came up for you during the session, and connect with two other like-minded souls.
