THETA-STATE AND THETA-FREQUENCY OF THE BRAIN
Theta is a state of mind from which, as it is believed, you can create anything and instantly change reality

WHAT IS THETA STATE?
There are five main brain frequencies: beta, alpha, theta, delta and gamma. Brain waves constantly alternate, and waves of all frequencies are constantly present in the brain.
Your every word or action is regulated by the frequency of brain waves.

For example, when we talk to others, our mind is at the beta level.
The frequency range of beta rhythms is 14-28 cycles per second. The beta level is a state of activity and readiness for action.

When you are at the alpha level, the frequency of brain oscillations is 7-14 cycles per second. Alpha rhythms correspond to the mental state of deep relaxation and meditation. Alpha is a bridge between Beta and Theta. Alpha rhythms are the frequencies at which we dream and fantasize; they are characterised by detached and relaxed consciousness. People who have problems with these rhythms also have problems with memory. For example, if you remember a specific dream or a deep meditation, but the details slip away, it means that there were not enough alpha frequencies. And there was no bridge between the subconscious and consciousness.

Theta is a state of very deep relaxation; it is used during hypnosis and is characteristic of the “rapid sleep” phase. Brain frequencies slow down to 4-7 cycles per second.
For this reason, people meditate at times without interruption to get into this state and achieve absolute ideal calmness. Theta rhythms can be considered subconscious; they guide the part of the mind that lies between consciousness and the unconscious, and store memories and feelings. And also guide your behaviour and beliefs. The theta state is always very creative; it is characterised by a feeling of inspiration, it is very spiritual. It is believed that this state of consciousness allows you to act below the threshold of consciousness.
The Theta state is the first in the sleep phase. To make it easy to understand this rhythm, it is enough to imagine what you feel when you are standing on top of a mountain, completely absorbed by what is around you, and you know that you “know” for sure that God is real, he exists. At this moment, you are in the theta state. Theta is a very powerful state. The ego can be compared to the trance children fall into when playing video games. Another example of a theta state is people who walk on hot coals and don’t get burned.

Delta is the state in which the brain is during deep sleep. At the delta level, brain waves slow down to a frequency of 0-4 cycles per second. This is a state in which, if the phone rings, you already know who it is.

Scientists discovered that certain brain frequencies (especially alpha and theta) can:

  1. Relieve stress, contribute to a long-term and significant reduction of anxiety disorders in people who are characterized by the latter
  2. Promote deep physical relaxation and clarity of mind
  3. Improve speech abilities, IQ coefficient, oral speech
  4. Improves the synchronization of the two hemispheres of the brain
  5. Call to mind mental pictures, vivid and spontaneous, imaginative and creative thinking
